Q: When will the canvasser visit my home?
A: Prayer Commitment Canvassing will be the week of April 11th - 16th.
The Financial Commitment Canvass will be the week of May 8th - 14th.

Q: What will the canvasser say when he or she visits my home?
A: The canvasser will answer any questions you may have during the Prayer Commitment Canvass. They will give you a commitment card to be returned by banquet time. They will not embarrass you or pressure you in any way in your decision.

Q: When will I complete and sign the card?
A: Before the all church banquet on May 1st. Bring the card with you to the banquet. If you have misplaced your card the canvasser will supply you with a new one.

Q: Can we make a family commitment?
A: Yes, there is space on the card for more than one commitment.

Q: When do commitments begin?
A: Commitments will begin Sunday, May 15th.

Q: Will my commitment be made public?
A: No, your commitment will be made in the privacy of your home and will remain private. After you complete the card you will place it in a security envelope and seal it so no one except the designated person who posts the total will know the commitment you made.

Q: Can I change my commitment later on?
A: Yes, if you desire you may increase your commitment. Unforeseen circumstances may require you to alter your commitment also.

Q: May I make a large cash contribution at one time?
A: Yes, although most people will want to give on a weekly basis, you may make a lump sum gift.
