On April 17th Mark Atencio kicked off the series "Giving that Feels Good" in our Sunday morning adult bible class. The lessons below are the results diligent study to unlock the joy God wants us to experience in Christian giving.

This is a question each of us will ask ourselves. It is a decision we must make as we prayerfully consider the needs of our church. Not all families have the same financial resources , therefore not all gifts will be of equal value but of equal sacrifice. The principle of stewardship is not how much you might give if you had a lot, but what you do with what you have. Each person will be challenged to give sacrificially, to alter their lifestyle to give up something in order to make a special gift to the program.
We are asking you to adjust your budget and priorities. Put off the purchases of the new car, a new appliance or any other major purchases. Keep what you have now and instead give the amount of money over the next three years that you would have spent for the new purchase.
Commit discretionary income- income that you would normally spend for entertainment, sports, dining out, etc.
At the end of each year you will be given the opportunity to increase, decrease, or maintain your current level of commitment. |

Please start to pray for the success of our "God's Miracle" Campaign. As a family, discuss how God has blessed you, pray together and ask God to help you make a decision of what you should give to please Him. |

As our ministry has increased, we have experienced serious growing pains. Our present facilities and parking area do not provide adequate room for our expanding ministries.
The need for additional educational space is critical. Many of the classes are now meeting in rooms which are too small to allow for growth. Although our facilities have served us well, we are beginning to worship at near capacity. To remain in this condition longer will cause our growth to be stymied and our ministry will not be sufficient for the Gilbert community.
We must move forward! To stand still in the midst of great growth is to move backward. With the continued growth of the Gilbert area, an even greater challenge is given. We must move ahead! Together we can see the unfolding dream become a reality.
